    – Handling of queries through the form
  6. The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
    – Through data entered voluntarily in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    – By saving cookies in the end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hash function works unidirectionally – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is now a modern standard for storing user passwords.

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s server: home.pl

 

4. Your rights and additional information on how to use the data

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations assumed by the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

    • persons authorized by us, employees and co-workers, who must have access to personal data in order to perform their duties,

    • a hosting company,

    • companies that handle mailings,

    • companies that handle SMS messages,

    • companies with which the Controller cooperates in the field of self-marketing,

    • couriers,

    • insurers,

    • law firms and debt collectors,

    • banks,

    • payment operators,

    • public authorities.

  2. Your personal data processed by the Controller for no longer than it is necessary to perform related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on keeping accounts). With regard to marketing data, it will not be processed for more than 3 years.

  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:

    • access to your personal data,

    • their correction,

    • removal,

    • limitation of processing,

    • and transfer of data

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in item 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data in order to perform legally legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, however, the right of objection may not be exercised if there are valid and legitimate grounds for processing, overriding interests against you, rights and freedoms, in particular establishing, investigating or defending claims.

  5. The Controller’s actions are subject to a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Website.

  7. Actions may be taken for you consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Controller.

  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

 

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.

  2. The Website can save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

  3. The Website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the user’s e-mail address filling out the form. In this case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.

  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the service request or contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

     

6. Controller’s logs

  1. Information on the behaviour of users on the site may be subject to logging. This data is used for website administration.

 

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of page traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of the service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. In terms of information regarding user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow the adaptation of advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the page, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track him/her, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition of such activities is the inclusion of cookies.

  3. The Operator uses Facebook Pixel. This technology allows the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) to become aware that a given person registered there is using the Website. It bases its operation on data to which it is the controller, the Operator does not provide the Facebook Service with any additional personal data. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device.

  4. The operator uses a solution to test users’ behavior by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the page. This information is anonymised before it is sent to the service operator so that he/she does not know to which physical person they relate. In particular, no password or other personal data are recorded.

  5. The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website in relation to the users, e.g. that can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that he/she has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

  6. The operator may use profiling within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data

 

8. Information regarding cookies

  1. The Website uses cookies.

  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for the Website’s web pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the web page from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

  3. The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and gains access to them is the Website operator.

  1. If the user does not want to receive cookies, he can change the browser settings. We reserve that disabling the cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, maintaining user preferences can make it difficult, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of web pages
